Our program is designed out of extreme need in the Aviation Industry
internationally coupled with dire need within local communities where the next
generation are not afforded much opportunity to advance or lack the vision to see
and recognize opportunity. We realize it is our responsibility to provide effective
leadership, mentoring, tutoring and training to facilitate their success and
empowerment.

We will serve minorities and anyone that has the desire, dedication and ability but
lacks the financial means.
